Using the site

Information on this site is for general guidance. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking; a booking exists only when you approve our written proposal and quotation.

Event services

Scope, pricing, payment schedule and cancellation terms are set out in the proposal or agreement we issue for your event.

Referral programme

Referral rewards are granted only when a referred enquiry becomes a booked event, once per referral, and are subject to the programme terms published on the Refer and Earn page. iFloraEvent may reject abusive or self-referrals and may change or end the programme.

Intellectual property

Site content, logos and designs belong to iFloraEvent or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
